How to Search Homes on 
shaneaballard.exprealty.com
PLEASE READ

1. Open your browser (Safari or Chrome).
2. In the address bar, type shaneaballard.exprealty.com and press Enter.
3. Tap Start Searching (or Find Your Home) to open the search page.
4. In the search bar, type a ZIP code, city, neighborhood, or address.
5. Use Filters/Refine to narrow your results:

• Price range
• Beds and baths
• Property type (house, condo, townhouse)
• Square feet
• Keywords (garage, basement, updated, etc.)

   6. Switch between Map View and List View to compare homes.

    7. Tap a home to see details, photos, price history, and features.

   8.Tap the heart to save favorites.

   9. If prompted, create a quick login to save your search and get new listing alerts.

   10. Text me your top 3–5 addresses and your preferred tour times so I can schedule showings.
