Real estate consulting gives homeowners professional support in selling their home, without paying a full agent commission. Instead of a percentage of your sale, you pay a flat monthly fee. This makes it a cost-effective option for Southeast Michigan sellers who want MLS exposure and guidance, but prefer to stay in control of the process.

2. Will my home still appear on the MLS in Michigan?
Yes. Every package includes an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) listing. The MLS is the main system used by real estate agents and serious buyers across Detroit, Oakland County, Macomb County, and Wayne County. Listing your property on the MLS greatly increases visibility compared to relying on FSBO (For Sale By Owner) sites alone.

3. How do the three packages work?

Self-Managed MLS (Flat Fee Listing): Best for homeowners who want their property listed on the Michigan MLS but plan to handle showings, offers, and negotiations themselves.

Guided Selling: Includes MLS exposure plus support with offers, counteroffers, pricing strategy, and buyer communication.

Hands-On Selling: Full service consulting—MLS listing, buyer and agent communication, offer management, and coordination with inspectors, appraisers, and title companies.

4. Can I switch packages if I need more help?
Yes. Many homeowners start with a flat fee MLS listing in Detroit or the suburbs and then upgrade to a higher package if they decide they want more assistance with negotiations or closing.

5. Do you handle showings in Southeast Michigan?
For the Self-Managed and Guided Selling packages, sellers manage their own showings and open houses. In the Hands-On Selling package, I assist with coordinating showings and communication with buyers’ agents, but you still have the flexibility to be as involved as you want.

6. What are the benefits compared to hiring a traditional real estate agent in Detroit?
